The Talent buyers at Harbour Productions started booking bands in 1988, where they became  the exclusive booking agents for many Southern California live music venues, including the Southern California Fair, The Fender Center , The Coach House, Wiens Family Cellars, Monte De Oro Winery, The Canyon Club, Wilson Creek Winery, Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, The Cave in Big Bear and Hermosa Beach's live music room, Saint Rocke.

Harbour Production's talent buyer team are also the exclusive buyers for Nashville's historic War Memorial Auditorium and Scottsdale, AZ’s newest live music room, Livewire. Additionally, they have booked The Sunset Strip Music Festival and continues to program the popular music cruises like ShipRocked. Harbour Production's lead talent buyer Roger LeBlanc was nominated as IEBA's Club Buyer of the Year in 2012 and as Pollstar’s Club Buyer of the Year for the 2012, 2013 and 2014.  He won the award in 2014.  Currently living in Nashville, Roger leads a solid team of talent buyers booking major venues and events across the country.
